Well, many of you may or may not know. But Dun the Barney Way Horses will soon be Dun the Right Way Horses, we are changing cause, Ryan Barney is no longer part of my business. He choice to leave and move on in his life and we wish him the best. However, in a terrible timing we have to sell horses to get through it all. So, please check out our website and see all the sales horses. Make me offers on any of them, they are all needing to find great homes, ASAP!!! I will even deliver if you need and will help in fuel cost.

I had a super successful training year, with some of the best horses ever. I want to thank my clients from near and FAR!! I loved meeting you all and working with your pride and joys. I enjoyed the summer with all them. And it was a testing year with training as well since my dear friends sent me her gelding, Sue and him and I were doing so well, and then he got he call and went to horsey heaven. She is now going to own her very own Chex-Jigalow baby.

We said good bye to our beloved ranch dog Kricket this month, she was 14 years old and I know she is loving chasing gofers and not having that barking jack russel around her in doggie heaven. Next we will be saying bye  to the SUPER GREAT wonderful Charlie, he is a 1979 APHA geldilng that took me to many MANY championship, state titles, Queen of Chief Joseph Days and more. He will not make another winter so we are laying him to rest in the corner by the arena and planting a tree over him for love. He has been my son’s mount since Jalyn was 1 and has taught so many people to ride and be great riders. I will miss him. It seems that so many things are changing and leaving my life.

I have been riding Chex again however and LORD what a rush. He is an amazing stallion. I am blessed to have him in my life. I am proud to raise his offspring and find them the homes I do. I look forward to many more matches with his babies. I will soon start my own chex baby and you will see us in the ABRA ring as well as one of his 2008 fillies in the halter and dun factor ABRA. I am ready to get back and I am ready to take my kids on the show life style.

I would like to thank all the shows and their staff, as well as all the clinic barns and clients that have ridden with me this summer. The woman’s retreat was a RUSH and we are doing it again next year. Bunk house should be ready!
